The NCI Annual Sale is happening from 13 – 23 March 2026 at our NCI Showroom (3021 Ubi Ave 2 #01- 169 Singapore 408897) and online at nci-health.com.
Regular customers would know that during this sale, the free delivery minimum spend is usually higher as the discounts are already more generous than usual.
However, we understand that some customers may still need delivery. So this year, we have introduced a new delivery option to better support you.
Note that “Cash on delivery” option is not available for the leave-at-door delivery option.
🕒Extended operating hours
To better accommodate our customers with busy schedules, we will be extending our hours by opening on two Saturdays in March. We will be open on 14th and 21st March (Sat), from 9.30am to 2pm — just for you!
💳 Payment Options
We only accept payments via PayNow or Bank Transfer for all online orders placed during the Sale period.
For walk-in purchases, we accept cash, NETS, PayNow and bank transfer.
Note: All purchases made during the Annual Sale do not qualify for the point system.

2.NCI Health Annual Sale is only available at Takashimaya Square from 6th – 8th March 2026, 10 am – 9.30 pm.
3.For this sale, there is a delivery fee for local orders below $950 in a single receipt. To qualify for free delivery, spent $950 and above, in a single receipt.
4.Local delivery is available upon request and subject to a delivery fee.
5.We only accept Cash, Nets, PayNow and Bank transfer for this sale.
6.The Annual Sale cannot be combined with other promotions and birthday benefits.
7.Points will not be issued to purchases made during the Annual Sale.
8.Free packs of sachets will be given based on the lowest value item. While stocks last.
