Mode of Payment
We accept PayPal, Credit card, PayNow, and Bank transfer for all local orders.
If you opt to make payment via PayNow or bank transfer, kindly send us the proof of payment after paying. Please note that we will only process the order once we have received the payment.
Confirmation of order
An electronic acknowledgement will be sent to you within 24 hours upon successful order submission. If items ordered are unavailable, we will notify you to take further action.
Processing time
We will process all orders placed on Sundays and public holidays on the next working day. While we aim to process your orders within 24 hours, this timeframe can take a little longer(about 3 to 5 days) during promotional periods.
Please be advised that there may be specific orders that we cannot accept and/or must cancel. At our sole discretion, we reserve all rights to refuse or cancel any order without any reason.
NCI Membership System
You automatically become an NCI member when you make purchases with your mobile number on this website. As stated in the Privacy Policy, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address, when you purchase something from our store. We then used and stored this information separately on a Loyalty Marketing Platform called Eber, where we manage our membership accounts.
If you are an existing NCI member with us and encountered problems signing into your online store account, please sign up for a new account with your mobile number, which you previously used for your NCI membership account. This will allow us to match your online store account to your membership account.
Since we manage our online store accounts and NCI membership accounts separately, you won't be able to view your membership status or past purchase history on this website. Please get in touch with us during our operating hours if you'd like to access your membership account.
