Exchange Policy
Kindly note that all NCI products are non-refundable. While we work hard to provide you with high-quality health products, when a product exchange is necessary, all exchanges must be in their original and unused conditions, undamaged and in a resalable condition.

Item for exchange must reach us within 10 days from your order date for local exchanges and within 4 weeks from your order date for international exchanges. If we are unable to deliver the goods on time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you directly with an update of the delivery status. Except for cancellation caused by the unavailability of goods, we do not accept any cancellation of orders once they are confirmed and submitted. Please note that items on sale are also strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that NCI reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not fulfil exchange policy or for other reasons. We, therefore, advise you to reach out to our friendly staff about our products when in doubt. In addition, NCI reserves all rights to cancel and refuse any order that appears to be fraudulent. To protect ourselves against fraud, we may also contact our customers to perform relevant checks, such as verifying the order details.
We will process all exchanges within 72 hours of receipt for local orders. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Make sure to indicate your name, address, phone number and instructions on the return package. Please send the returned items to:
