NCI Points
How do I earn NCI Points?
NCI points are complimentary for NCI members who purchased from the NCI Flagship store and NCI website.
Members from the Contacts, Friends of NCI and Buddy of NCI tiers earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
For members from the Family of NCI tier, you earn 1.2 points for every dollar spent. Note that the points will be rounded down to the nearest point. When you spend $64, $64 x 1.2 points = 76.8 points, you will receive 76 points.
Purchases made in the month of March do not qualify for the NCI Point System.
When does my NCI points expire?
All NCI points expire 24 months from the day they are earned, regardless of tiers.
Example:
May 2020- earned 340 points
Aug 2020- earned 256 points
In Apr 2022, members have 596 points available for use.
By May 2022- 340 points earned 24 months ago will expire.
By Aug 2022- 256 points earned 24 months ago will expire.
Earn Points Online
How to earn points online if I am an existing member and do not have an online store account?
Please sign up for a new online store account using the email address registered in your NCI membership.
If unsure about the email address, you may update or modify your email address under "My Profile" via nci-health.eber.co or chat with us for further assistance.
How to earn points online if I am an existing member with an online store account?
Please ensure that the email address used in the online store account is the same as the one registered in your NCI membership.

How to earn points online if I am a new customer without an online store account or an NCI membership?
You may sign up for a new account on the website, and the system will automatically create an NCI membership account using the same email address for you.
NCI Rewards
What's the difference between the Online store Rewards and Instore Rewards?
Instore Rewards are exclusive to in-store redemption, while Online Rewards can only be redeemed using unique codes on www.nci-health.com.
You may use your NCI points to redeem any rewards depending on your preferred method of shopping.
Is there any expiry date for my rewards?
The rewards have no expiry date, but the points used to redeem them do expire 24 months from the day they are earned.
Birthday Month Rewards

As a newly sign-up member*, you will receive a selected gift with a minimum spend of $384 during your Birthday Month.
You may opt for a higher-value product by paying the price difference, or a lower-value product for free (but no refunds for the price difference).
* Newly sign-up member does not have any purchase history with us
Friends of NCI
As a “Friends of NCI” member, you will receive a selected gift with a minimum spend of $256 during your Birthday Month.
You may opt for a higher-value product by paying the price difference, or a lower-value product for free (but no refunds for the price difference).
Buddy of NCI
As a "Buddy of NCI" member, you'll receive a selected gift with a minimum spend of $256 during your Birthday Month.
Plus, you'll earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent during your Birthday Month (excluding March). You can choose a higher-value product by paying the price difference, or a lower-value product for free (no refunds for the price difference).
Family of NCI
As a "Family of NCI" member, you'll get a gift of your choice with a minimum spend of $256 during your Birthday Month. You can pick any NCI product as your birthday gift with no extra cost.
NCI Membership Tier
What are the various NCI tiers and how do I progress to each tier?
Contact- No spending required
Friends of NCI- minimum one purchase within 365 days
Buddy of NCI- minimum spend of $800 within 365 days
Family of NCI- minimum spend of $1500 within 365 days
When does my membership tier cycle start and end?
Your tier cycle begins when you join as an NCI Community member and lasts for 365 days until you upgrade to a higher tier. If you upgrade during the cycle, your new tier will be valid for another 365 days starting from the upgrade date.
Example:
- I spent $500 and joined the "Friends of NCI" tier in March 2024. My tier cycle will last until March 2025, unless I upgrade.
- In September 2024, I made another purchase that increased my spending, leading to an upgrade to the "Buddy of NCI" tier.
- As a result, my new tier cycle will be extended from September 2024 to September 2025, assuming no further upgrades within the next 365 days.
Original Tier Cycle: March 2024 to March 2025 (Friends of NCI)
New Tier Cycle: September 2024 to September 2025 (Buddy of NCI)
How do I maintain my tier status?
To maintain your tier status, spend the corresponding amount for each tier within 365 days from the date you joined.
- Buddy of NCI: Spend a minimum of $800 and more in the last 365 days
- Family of NCI: Spend a minimum of $1500 and more in the last 365 days
If you spend less than the minimum, your tier status will be adjusted based on what you've spent in the past 365 days.
When will my tier status be downgraded?
Contacts/ Friends of NCI: There will not be any downgrade for this tier, regardless of spending
Buddy of NCI: If spending falls below $800 in the last 365 days, your tier will be adjusted to Friends of NCI.
Family of NCI: If spending falls below $1500 in the last 365 days, your tier will be adjusted to Buddy of NCI.
What happens when my tier status is being downgraded?
Nothing! You can still enjoy benefits in the other tiers! Your points also remain as you move down the tier.
