Depending on what consent you withdraw, we may no longer be able to provide certain products or services to you. For example, if you do not allow us to use your delivery or contact details, we may be unable to fulfil an online order.

We will process your request within a reasonable period, generally within 10 working days.

You may still receive important non-marketing messages from us, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, account-security notices, product-safety notices and replies to your enquiries.

If we send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers, we will comply with the applicable Do Not Call requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act.

You may also contact us to withdraw your consent for us to use or share your personal data for personalised advertising or audience matching.

Please note that opting out of NCI marketing or personalised advertising may not automatically turn off advertising cookies or preferences managed by third-party platforms. You may need to update these separately through your browser, device or the relevant platform settings.

Only authorised NCI staff who need your personal data for their work are allowed to access it.

9. Shopify

Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to display products, maintain customer accounts, process orders and operate our online store.

Personal data submitted through our website may be processed by Shopify and its service providers in connection with the operation and provision of these services.

Shopify may process personal data on our behalf to help us operate our online store and provide related services. NCI remains responsible for how personal data is collected, used and disclosed for our business purposes.
