I am an existing member, but why can't I access my account on my website?
We manage our online store (this website) and membership system separately. Therefore, you cannot access your membership account on this website.
You may, however, sign up for a new online store account to track your online purchases. Otherwise, feel free to check out as a guest.
How to ensure that my online purchases are being registered into my membership account to earn points?
If you are signing up for a new online store account, please sign up using the same mobile number that is used in our membership system. This will help us match your online store account to your membership account so that you can earn points from your online purchases.
If you'd prefer to check out as a guest, please fill in the mobile number used in our membership system under the fill "phone". This will help us match your online purchases to your membership account so that you can earn points from these purchases.
How should I purchase online if I am an existing member?
You can either sign up for a new account or check out as a guest. To understand how you can earn points with your online purchases, please refer to the FAQ above.
